Showy soft textured new purple foliage of 1-2 inch long leaves grow on tiers of arching branches with older foliage remaining purple tinged green all year. The rich pink fringed flowers bloom heaviest in fall and spring, but some bloom can be seen almost all year. Grows 4-6 ft. high, 6-10 ft. wide. Full or partial sun location.
